What is Erectile Dysfunction (ED) ?

Erectile dysfunction, sometimes called "impotence," is the repeated inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. It is distinct from "impotence" which may describe other problems that interfere with sexual intercourse and reproduction, such as lack of sexual desire and problems with ejaculation or orgasm

Why Gene therapy?

Several methods have long been used to treat ED. Among them are psychotherapy,drug therapy,devices and surgery. In recent years a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitors such as Viagra have been popular. However Viagra is not effective for certain groups of patients
